My presence is proof that pain can become purpose.

Cy’Tique (Tee) Davis, Ph.D.

Healing begins in spaces where people feel seen, understood, and supported without judgment. My work is built on creating that kind of space for every person I serve.

I am a licensed therapist, professor, speaker, and military veteran dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s most complex emotional experiences. My clinical work focuses on meaningful transformation, not temporary coping. Together, we identify patterns, build insight, and create practical strategies that support long term emotional health.

My professional background blends academic expertise, clinical training, and lived experience. As an educator and mental health professional, I bring both structure and compassion to the therapeutic process. I believe therapy should be collaborative, intentional, and deeply respectful of each person’s story.

Many of my clients come to therapy during moments of transition, stress, or uncertainty. Others arrive seeking deeper understanding, emotional clarity, or stronger relationships. Regardless of where you begin, our work is centered on helping you move forward with confidence and stability.

My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based treatment with trauma informed care. I utilize modalities such as EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy, and emotionally focused interventions to support healing at both emotional and behavioral levels.

Beyond the therapy room, I serve as a professor, speaker, and advocate for mental health awareness. My work across academic, clinical, and community settings reflects one guiding belief.
